Symptom

HANA SLD registration fails on RHEL 9.x server, with error:

13:55:26.456 - ERR : unhandled exception: Trying to load Net::HTTPS (distcompat_ssl11)...
Cannot load Net::HTTPS (distcompat_ssl11): Can't load '/hana/shared/MHP/hdblcm/instruntime/distcompat_ssl11/SSLeay.so' for module Net::SSLeay: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory at DynaLoader.pm line 193.
