3450995 - Rating Scale 'Lowest proficiency level value/Lowest Level Value' Changed From 1 to 0 (Zero) after Talent Intelligence Hub Migration

When a rating scale has a Lowest proficiency level value of 1 in Center of Capabilities, completing the Talent Intelligence Hub migration changes the Lowest Level Value to 0 (zero).

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• SAP SuccessFactors Center of Capabilities

1. Log into SuccessFactors before the Talent Intelligence Hub migration
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Center of Capabilities
3. Select Capabilities Portfolio > Rating Scale
4. The rating scale shows Lowest proficiency level value is 1
5. Complete the Talent Intelligence Hub migration
6. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
7. Select the Proficiency Settings tab > Rating Scale
8. The Lowest Level Value is 0
