3451015 - Getting "SAML2 service not accessible" error message when accessing remote content from Work Zone

• Content from S/4 system is being consumed from SAP Build Work Zone;
• Authentication is done via Principal Propagation;
• Tiles from remote content are displaying in SAP Build Work Zone Fiori Launchpad
• When launching the application, a login screen appears or the following error message displays:

  SAML2 Service not accessible
  What has happened?
  Calling of URL HTTPS://<DOMAIN_OF_S/4>: was terminated during SAML2 processing
  Note:
  • No RelayState mapping found for RelayState value <relayState_value>
