3451028 - Customer Project Invoicing Task not Assigned to Responsible

You have noticed that the Review and Release Project Invoice Request tasks are being assigned to the global queue instead of assigning to the responsible.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center
2. Go to Business Task Management view
3. Select All items
4. Search for task XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the documents)

System returns the task assigned to the work center instead of the responsible.

This standard system behavior.

Currently we do not have any activity that allows the control on user assignment for Review and Release.

Since there is no fine-tuning activity where we can decide the Responsible users, the task notification goes to the persons who has the Customer Invoicing work center access.
