3451091 - Case sensitivity of selection field filtering in Compliance Check hits vs. Compliance Check selection conditions

Symptom

Observed that the case sensitivity of the "contains"/"does not contain" filter is different in the below cases:

  1. Filter on Compliance Check hits - not case sensitive
  2. Filter on Compliance Check selection conditions (during scenario design/creation) - case sensitive

Is this working as intended, and if so, the reason behind this inconsistency? Currently this is causing confusion as the results are not the same for both cases, even though the same filters are applied.
