3451115 - Submit button is not enabled for custom task - Onboarding

Onboardee/Offboardee is not able to submit custom task for Onboarding or Offboarding, even though all mandatory fields are selected.

The same is happening for Hiring Managers/Responsible users when they access this task on candidate's dashboard.

Task does not have "Show None Option" enabled, so once task loads, the values created for each questions are already selected, task does not recognize it is fulfilled and does not allow to submit it.

If even after checking every step, task still does not allow to submit it, try the workaround:

1. Go toManage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks
2. Click on Task Settings
3. Scroll down to Manage Custom Tasks
4. Click on pencil icon of respective task 
5. Click on Open Template Editor
6. For each question, click on the "..."
7. Enable the "Show None Option"

Note! This option will only be available when fields are created with a "picklist" type. Meaning, create custom objects dropdown on Manage Data (explained in the link to post, provided above).
