Symptom

Operation account assignment is not possible in APP Run Actual Settlement - Maintenance Orders due to error message ERP_CO_OLC_E 020 "Operation Account Assignment not allowed for this order".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Operation account assignment in only possible for maintenance order when this functionality has been activated in configuration activity Define cost setting, however this configuration activity is not available.

Resolution

Operation Level Costing is not supported, keep the field operation empty.
