Rate 1 From Document Currency To Local Currency
Rate 2 From Local Currency To Document Currency
During FO charge calculation, the Rate 2 is used for Document Currency To Local Currency Conversion.
Expectation is that Rate 1 should be directly picked for Document Currency To Local Currency Conversion.
