Symptom
The opportunities shown in the readiness report is not matching the value in the UI (frontend). The data is the readiness report shown is lesser.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Logon to C4C frontend
2. Go to Administration
3. Go to Prediction Service
4. Click on model setup
5. Go to the model Opportunity Scoring - Click in view report
Resolution
The readiness check factors - Data Volume (Overall) and Data Volume (Last 12 months) in the readiness report considers the opportunities only in the status won/lost. Hence, the actually value will be the number(/Volume) of opportunities either in won/lost status.
