3451341 - "Forward to Job Requisition"- add restrictions to Req id in the filters page

Symptom

While using "Forward to Job Requisition", in the filters page , is it possible to restrict the Job req id only to the ones that the user has permission to access. So no other job req id (other than what the user has permissions) should be visible/searchable when searching in the Job req id field in the filters page using "Forward to Job Requisition"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

Recruiting>> In Candidates tab- search any candidates >> Open any candidate profile >> click on "Forward to Job Requisition" >>in the "Req ID" field >> enter and search any requisition id that the user does not have permission >> this requisition id will be searchable here.

Resolution

Currently, it is not possible to restrict the req id here only to the ones that the user has permission to access. So other job req id (the ones that the user does not have permissions) is also searchable when searching in the Job req id field in the filters page using "Forward to Job Requisition"

If the requisition is Open/Fully Approved job requisitions, then it will be available to forward a candidate .

You can add restriction for the unposted jobs using the switch in Manage Recruiting settings >> "Allow forwarding of candidates to unposted jobs "- Please check 2876459 - How to Forward Candidates to Unposted Job Requisitions - Recruiting Management

Disabling this, will not show the results of unposted jobs when searching in the Job req id field in the filters page using "Forward to Job Requisition".
