3451356 - Purchase Requisitions Saved Without WBS for Account Category 'P'

Symptom

Purchase requisitions are being saved without a WBS for the Account Assignment Category 'P'.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Create a PR with Account Assignment as P and provide text and select any service relevant material group.
Save the PR without providing the WBS and PR is saved without throwing an error.

Cause

Cost Assignment mapping is incorrect.

Resolution

Replace the material group and GL account number in material group "XYZ" with the correct values.
Ensure that the GL account "00000000" is mapped to a valid cost element.
Update the cost assignment mapping to resolve the error message "Account 00000000 requires an account assignment relevant to cost accounting" when using material group "XYZ".
