3451369 - Production Order Not Visible in Production Processing Times Report

- Production Order with the status "In Preparation" is not visible in the Production Processing Times report.
- Despite the presence of such orders in the Production Order view, they are not displayed in the report.

- SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Production Control work center.
2. Go to the Reports view and select the List option.
3. Search and select the Production Processing Times Report.
4. In the Selection section, select the value help for the field Production Order Status.
5. Choose the value "In Preparation" from the list of available values.
6. Select the Apply option.
7. Observe that the report does not display any information, despite the presence of orders with the "In Preparation" status in the Production Order view.

The Production Processing Times report does not display Production Orders with the "In Preparation" status.

This is the expected behavior of the system. The Production Processing Times report is designed not to display Production Orders with the "In Preparation" status. 

As a work around the user can use  below data sources to get information of data sources with In Preparation status.

  • Data source name: Production Order By Header Output Products
• Data source ID: SCMPOHDROPU02
  • Data source name: Production Orders/Lot: Dates and Quantities
