3451383 - Person based entities data is deleted after auto-restart due to change on Start Date - Onboarding

Person based entities (for example: First Name and Last Name) are not retained in New Hire Data Review, after the process was auto-restart due to a change in Start Date.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate candidate from Recruiting
2. Admin completes Review New Hire Data
3. In Onboarding Dashboard > Candidate > Actions > New Hire Date, Admin changed the Start Date
4. Process is auto-restart as per the rule saved in Configure Object Definition > Process
5. When Admin start Review New Hire Data again, Person based entities (for example: First Name and Last Name) are no longer there

This is a known system limitation. 

Our Engineering team is aware of this limitation. We do not currently have a planned fix date.

Workaround: The Admin needs to re-save the missing information.
