3451405 - Problem with the ZIP archive when updating SOLR to version 9 in the local environment

During building the application on the local environment, the error occurs during expanding the files from the downloaded Solr 9 archive installed on Maven to the environment directory:

Expanding: /path/to/maven/repository/org/apache/solr/9.2.1/solr-9.2.1.zip into /path/to/local/hybris/bin/modules/search-and-navigation/solrserver/resources/solr/9.2
Error while expanding /path/to/maven/repository/org/apache/solr/9.2.1/solr-9.2.1.zip :
java.util.zip.ZipException: archive is not a ZIP archive.
