3451447 - Late Stage Applicants are receiving the notification based on the candidate profile's email address - RCM

Symptom

If an operator changes the email address inside the application of a Late Stage Applicant, the email is still being sent to the candidate profile's email address.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

This happens because the late stage applicant is not yet considered an applicant to the system, and the candidate cannot confirm the information manually inserted, so the system relies on the candidate profile data.

Hence, the email is sent to the email in the Candidate Profile, and not the email set in the job application.

This is a system expected behavior.
