You have costs posted to account(s) which located into the relevant cost component.

You can check the account assignment details in SSCUI 102427 Define Cost Component Structure.

SAP had delivered standard cost component 305 - AdminSales overhead. If you double-click into the cost component, you would see it's categorized as "Sales and Administration Costs". This category is not relevant with inventory valuation.

It's suggested you to adjust the posting account to another one which is not located to cost component 305.
