3451719 - No active version exists for tree /XXYY

Symptom

In Manage Automatic Payments app(App ID- F0770) the following error occurred:
"No active version exists for tree /XXYY"

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  • Open the app "Manage Automatic Payments".
  • Input the values.
  • Select the Item under Payment Processed tab.
  • Click on View Log.

Cause

In Map Format Data, the tree /XXYY is still in Maintenance Status.

Resolution

Make use of payment formats only when it is in Released status. Ensure the format mapping to have a "Released" status before executing the payment run.
