3451719 - No active version exists for tree /XXYY

Symptom

In "Manage Automatic Payments" app(App ID- F0770) the following error is occurred:
No active version exists for tree /XXYY

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

Open the app "Manage Automatic Payments".
Input the values.
Select the Item under Payment Processed tab.
Click on View Log.

Cause

In Map Format Data, the tree /XXYY is still in Maintenance Status.

Resolution

You can make use of payment formats only when it is in Released status. Ensure the format mapping to have a "Released" status before executing the payment run.
