3451783 - Wrong date format in Award certificate

The field Award date is coming in the wrong format in the Award certificate.

SAP SuccessFactors Rewards and Recognition.

1. Check the award certificate
2. See that the date displayed has the format MM/DD/YYYY despite user country having a different date format.

This is an expected behaviour. The award date token is hard coded and displays the date in the format MM/DD/YYYY. This token doesn't follow country specific formats.

In case that having the Award token with country specific date format is important to your business, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles.
