3451808 - How to add Final Step Review to the process - Onboarding

As a responsible user, you can now review, edit, and request corrections to new hire data before the Manage Pending Hire step. The Final Review step is an optional configurable step on the Process Variant Manager.

This step can be added after the Personal Data Collection step, Additional Data Collection step, or Document Flow. The responsible user can review the new hire data, edit, or request a correction to the data from the new hire. When a correction is requested, the Personal Data Collection step is reopened and the new hire receives an email notification.
