3451847 - Story report outputs numeric value instead of label for column "Objective Rating Description (Locale Specific)" - Performance Management

In story report. when using the column "Objective Rating Description (Locale Specific)", it returns numeric value instead of the corresponding rating scale label.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Check the Matrix grid rating scales and confirm that label is maintained for "Objective".

2. Finished rating goals in a performance form.

3. Create a story report to pull the value for column "Objective Rating Description (Locale Specific)".

4. Notice that it returns numeric value instead of the corresponding rating scale label.

This is current expected behavior.

If the calculated overall objective rating is an integer number which maps to the configured Matrix grid rating scale, it will show the corresponding label.

But as there are weights configured for goals, the calculated overall objective rating could be a decimal number, which can't be matched to the integer number configured in the rating scale, then it will show the calculated value instead of label.

For example, the rating scale is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 with corresponding labels;
then, if the overall goal rating is 1.6, it is not mapped to the scale and the label is not retrieved;
if the overall goal rating is 2, then it is mapped to the scale and the label is retrieved.
