3451875 - Request an Absence on day N, Successfactors Mobile Application set the date as N+1

Symptom

In the SuccessFactors mobile application, the start date and end date are automatically set to the next day whenever we change the date.

For instance, if we select the start date as 01/April/2024, the app sets the start date as 02/April/2024 after clicking OK.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the User's, Successfactors Mobile Application
  2. Go to Time Off
  3. Click on + (Create leave request)
  4. Start/End Date will default to next day, which is the expected behavior
  5. Now change the start date to April 1, 2024, and click on Ok
  6. Check that the start date will be set as the next day, April 2, 2024.
