• The job needs to correct the supervisor for more than tens of thousands of incumbents. This is a very high number and the job was not designed to to handle such a high number of records.
• Supervisor or matrix managers are not valid or mismatching.
• Business rules might be causing issue like raising error message from validation.

• To review why so many incumbents supervisor is mismatching  (job information manager and job relationships of employee(s)) with the position hierarchy and try to correct it via import.
• To review the corresponding rules on job info entity.
