Symptom

After back-end system is refreshed, recreating the remote source again from the administrative UI failed with error below:

Failed to add the first subscription. Error: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: CREATE TABLE permission denied in database ‘XXX’.
