3452093 - Communication arrangement SAP_COM_1129 is not available

After activating the scope item 'Create Sales Orders from Unstructured Data' (4X9), the communication arrangement SAP_COM_1129 is not available in neither of the apps bellow:

• Display Communication Scenarios (ID: F3707)
• Communication Arrangements (ID: F1763)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app 'Display Communication Scenarios'.
2. SAP_COM_1129 can not be found.

           or

1. Open the app 'Communication Arrangements'.
2. Click 'New'.
3. SAP_COM_1129 cannot be selected.

SAP_COM_1129 is a SAP managed intelligent communication scenario. The app 'Display Communication Scenarios' only shows customer managed scenarios, so SAP_COM_1129 cannot be found there. 

Additionally, this scenario cannot be selected for creation on the 'Communication Arrangements' app because it's a SAP managed scenario, so it's not available for customers to create it.
