3452094 - Mass import is not adding candidates to the correct Onboarding process - Onboarding 1.0

• Mass import is properly configured, but once candidates are imported they are not being added to the correct process
• It works for some process, but some/one is affected

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

HRXML.ImportNewHire file on Super Admin, process configured does not match the correct name of process.

This can be confirmed by a Partner as they have access to Super Admin.

How to configure/review if the file is properly configured:

1. Super Admin > Import/Export Settings > Export HRXML.ImportNewHire.xslt
2. Line of code in UserArea should be something like:
   <xsl:when test="$process = 'Global Onboarding'">Global Onboarding</xsl:when>
3. Super Admin > Processes > Select the affected process > check if process name matches exactly what is placed on HRXML.ImportNewHire file, on the bold section above.
