Symptom
SCC displays the following error message:
"Proxy cannot be reached. See ´Log And Trace Files´ and in particular ljs_trace.log for details."
The ljs_trace.log reports:
#ERROR#com.sap.scc.ui#https-jsse-nio2-44300-exec-4# #Error when checking connectivity by sending HEAD request to <proxy name and port>--> org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: <proxy name and port> failed to respond
