The link in "Click Here"  in the application of a candidate initiated from Recruiting, re-directs to Onboarding Dashboard instead of Onboarding Dashboard (New).

1. In Recruiting, initiate Onboarding successfully for a candidate
2. In the Job Requisition > Candidate Profile > Onboarding > Click "Click Here"
3. Link opens a new window with the Onboarding Dashboard instead of Onboarding Dashboard (New)
   
   
   
   
   

This is an expected behavior as per the Implementation Guide: Initiating Onboarding

Under "NOTE":
Click the name to view the Application of that candidate.
The Click Here link available under the Onboarding section of a candidate's Application takes you to Onboarding Dashboard instead of Onboarding Dashboard (New). 

If you would like this behaviour to change you can submit a request in the Community Portal, see KBA 2090228, so it can be considered to become a possible enhancement for future releases.
