IRT Refresh validation failed.
Error: instanceRefreshError-sourceAndTargetDifferentCustomer
Environment

Cause
The validation failed for the instance refresh because of an incorrect entry (due to an extra space - mostly a human error) for the customer finance ID in the backend for the target Learning tenant.
Resolution
A code correction will be created now to add extra guardrails and checks in the code, so that we don't run into such issues in the future. It will be deployed as part of the 2411 release deployment.
