- How do I activate an email template?
- When I try to activate an email template in the email services tool, the email is still disabled although we receive an activation confirmation message.

For further information on how to activate an email template on Email Services, please check guide: Managing Email Templates
Important to note! After activating an email template, remember to select it on "Manage Template" under 'Enable the required email templates by checking the box next to each of them'. Otherwise, templates won't be displayed on "Active Templates".
