After a Recruiting anonymization process, DocuSign envelops are also getting deleted.

SuccessFactors Recruiting has a built-in integration to purge DocuSign envelopes related to the specific Recruiting record being anonymized.

Using DRM 1.0, DocuSign envelopes are always going to be purged.

Using DRM 2.0, you can control if the envelopes are going to be purged or not through the following setting:

1. Manage Recruiting Settings > Under DRM and DRTM Purge Settings;
2. Delete all the offer letters available for candidate.
   • If turned ON, the envelopes are going to be purged;
   • If turned OFF, the envelopes are NOT going to be purged.
