3452570 - Position search taking longer time to show results on Position Org Chart

When we try to search for a position in Position Org Chart or in Manage Positions, the time system takes to display search results is taking longer to show results.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Position Management

1) Login to the system.
2) Go to Select Position Org Chart or Manage Positions.
3) Search for any position it is taking longer time to display the Position.

• Currently, It is a technical limitation in MDF application and may not be reproduced always.
• Product Management is analyzing the behavior to have it fixed in 2H 2024 release but not confirmed.
• Please refer to this Enhancement for fix in future version MDF-86205. Customer can contact their CSM to track this reference number.
• The only possible workaround as of now for customer is to remove/reduce the number of searchable fields used for Position Object.
