Symptom

While executing step 4 of SAP Note 3157268 (Migrate trust relationships in all trusting systems) in SMT1, the following error message occurs:

"Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT', communication rc: CM_RESOURCE_FAILURE_RETRY (cmRc=27).

OTR-Based Exception of Class: CX_RFC_TRUSTED_TRUSTING"
