3452653 - Error while doing SAP HANA lifecycle management tools transport : user is not authorized (2950)

Symptom

  • While transporting a change request with SAP HANA lifecycle management tools you get the following error message:
Repository: Encountered an error in repository runtime extension;Model inconsistency. Create Scenario failed: The following errors occurred: user is not authorized (2950)
Repository: Activation failed for at least one object;At least one runtime reported an error during activation. Please see CheckResults for details
TransportServiceError: Activation failed. Check the logs.
