Resolution

Creating a Bundle ID:

  1. Go to Configuration Transport Center > Bundle Management;
  2. Create New Bundle;
  3. Go to Configure Object Definition;
  4. Select the Custom MDF Object to be transported;
  5. Click on Take Action > Add to Transport Bundle;
  6. Choose the Bundle created > Save;
  7. Repeat step 4, 5 and 6 to all Custom MDF Objects to be transferred;
  8. Return to to Configuration Transport Center > Bundle Management;

  10. Open the Miscellaneous tab and you will see the option MDF Object Definitions;
  11. All Custom MDF Objects you added to the bundle will be shown;
  12. You can select them and Initiate Transport.

Ensure you've paired your tenants:

Data Center, Environment, and Company ID for the target tenant (where the configurations should be transported) must be chosen. Pairing of the tenants is a one-time task.
The Transport Routes displays a list of the target tenants that are paired with your tenant.
If a new tenant has to be paired, choose Add New Pair.
  1. Select the Target Instance Data Center and the Target Instance Environment.
  2. Enter the Target Instance Id.
  3. Choose Generate Token.
  4. An authentication token is sent to the target tenant. Note: The generated token is valid only for one hour from the time it has been generated. If the token expires, a new authentication token has to be generated.
  5. On the target tenant, go to Configuration Transport Center > Transport Routes
  6. Choose Copy Token.
  7. On the source tenant, go to Configuration Transport Center > Transport Routes > Add New Pair .
  8. Select the radio button that has the name of your target tenant company Id, from which authentication token was copied.
  9. Choose the link at the bottom of the Get Authentication Token step.
  10. Paste the token in the Authentication Token text box.
  11. Choose Validate

Importing Configurations to the Target Tenant
  1. Got to Configuration Transport Center > Transport Requests Tab > select Imports. The created bundle IDs will be shown.
  2. Click on the three dots
  3. Select Validate
  4. Click the Refresh Icon
  5. Click on the three dots again
  6. An Import option should be displayed
  7. In the Import option is not available yet, retry by clicking the Refresh icon again after a while. After the validation has been completed, the option will appear and it can take some seconds, depending on the Bundle size.
