Symptom

End user tries to add a Freight unit (FU) to an existing Freight order (FO) which is in status "Ready for Transportation Execution",  the system does not allow it, end user receives the error message: "E /SCMTMS/PLN_VSR_OL 326 - Planning not possible; status &1 is active for &2"
