Symptom

This article describes the limitation on having multiple email domains for outbound Recruiting emails.

Resolution

It is not possible to setup multiple email domains for outbound Recruiting Emails for different use cases.

Sample Use Case 1: Having @domain1.com for external candidates, while having @domain2.com for internal candidates. 

Sample Use Case 2: Having @domain1.com for company or department A, while @domain2.com, @domain3.com, etc., for other companies and departments. 

The only section in Recruiting where you can configure the 'FROM' field for ad hoc emails is on (1) Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings > Candidate Response Email and (2) Make return email address editable in ‘Email Candidate’ > Return address for system-generated emails to candidates.

However, even that section does not have any have any flexibility to control email domains for different use cases.
