3452863 - Intelligent Services Center and Learning integration not working

• Events for Learning not being triggered in ISC (Intelligent Services Center).
• Event from Learning not appearing in Intelligent Services Center.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

According to the Enabling Learning Completion Events to Be Published to Intelligent Services Center entry from the SAP Help Portal, Learning needs to be configured to send completion events to ISC.

Navigate to the Learning Administration side and make sure the following steps are performed to enable the integration:

1. System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >
2. Open "LMS_ADMIN" >
3. Find "sebPublishedEventTypes[LearningCompletion]" and set it to "true" >
4. Optionally, find "rerunFailedSebPublishedEvents" and set it to "true" >
5. Find and set "numberofPriorDaysToRerunSebPublishedEvents" with a value of 1 to 30 for the number of prior days for which the system retrieves failed events. By default, this value is set to 1.

Then, perform an oData API metadata refresh following the steps below and test again this integration:

1. Go to Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh and Export >
2. Choose Refresh >
3. The refresh may take a few minutes. Wait until you see a success message, along with a date and timestamp.
