3452863 - Intelligent Services Learning integration not triggering events

• Events for Learning not being triggered in ISC (Intelligent Services);
• Event from Learning not appearing in Intelligent Services;

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

According to the Help Guide Enabling Learning Completion Events to Be Published to Intelligent Services Center in the Learning side is needed to enable the the events to be published in ISC - Intelligent Services.

Navigate to Learning side and make sure the following steps are performed to enable it the integration:

1. Go to SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration and then go to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration.
2. Open LMS_ADMIN.
3. Find sebPublishedEventTypes[LearningCompletion] and set it to true.
4. Optionally, find rerunFailedSebPublishedEvents and set it to true.
5. Find and set numberofPriorDaysToRerunSebPublishedEvents with a value of 1 to 30 for the number of prior days for which the system retrieves failed events. By default, this value is set to 1.

Then, perform an oData API metadata refresh following the steps below and test again this integration:

1. Go to Admin Center > OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
2. Choose Refresh.
