3452909 - The Step Check Introscope Configuration fails for JAVA systems or systems with ISAgent in SAP Focused Run SSI

Symptom

  • SAP Focused Run SSI is reporting the following errors for JAVA systems:
    Check Introscope Configuration finished with error 
    Prerequisite check for 'Introscope EM configured for customer network' finished with error, found: Introscope EM not configured for customer network
  • The Enterprise Manager doesn't appear in the SAP Focused Run system LMDB after the installation. 
  • The payload file sldds.xml doesn't exist in the <EMHost>/sap/sld/ folder.
