3453000 - Value help not available for 'Requisitioner' field in Purchase requisition

In the Purchase requisition, Items details you will find the field "requisitioner", you expect to see Value help or drop down that has various options.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

1. Open "Create Purchase Requisition - advanced " or "Manage Purchase requisitions - professional".
2. Go to Items details you will find the field "requisitioner".

Currently we don't have the value help (or drop down) for the field 'Requisitioner'.
