3453084 - Unable to assign Dynamic User Lists to private Folder within a public read only Workspace

Symptom

  • On a read-only workspace when we create a private content folder, it can only be shared with user lists that were invited to the Work Space. 
  • The user lists added via the participation settings don't show up.
