Plan costs, budget, actual costs not displayed in the apps 'Project Budget Report', 'Project Cost Report', 'Monitor Projects'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Customization of the Financial Statement Version (FSV) hierarchy YPS2 is either incomplete or incorrect.
2. The GL account is a balance sheet account.
3. The FS item under which the GL account is mapped is not assigned to the semantic tag ACT_COST.
4. Missing additional semantic tag with parent relationship to ACT_COST.

1. The GL account for which the costs/budget is posted should be mapped under a FS item in the FSV YPS2.
2. The report does not consider balance sheet GL accounts.
3. The FS item under which the GL account is grouped should be assigned to the semantic tag ACT_COST. This can be done through the app 'Assign Semantic Tags to Financial Statement Versions'.
4.  Assign additional semantic tag with parent relationship to ACT_COST to the G/L account node.
