Request to add a new value to the "Title" attribute in a Form. 

SAP Marketing Cloud Edition

1. Go to Content Studio app and create a Form
2. Add "Title" attribute
3. Select "Title" values, but you need more that the ones available 

Missing SSCUI in configuration

1. Go to Manage Your Solution app and click on configure your solution.
2. Search for the SSCUI ID: 103436.
   
3. Select " Maintain Forms of Address"
