3453187 - Save/Save and Open button is missing

You noticed that the Save/Save and Open button is not available in the Creation Screen of an object.

This can be reproducible in any object. Let's take as an example the Visits BO.

1. Go to Visits Workcenter.
2. In the OWL, click "+" to create a new Visit.
3. In the Creation screen, you will see that the Save/Save and Open button is missing. 

The button is hidden via Adaptation mode. 

In order to solve this, you can enable it back via Adaptation by following the steps below: 

1. Go to Visits creation screen.
2. Start Adaptation.
3. Click the Pen above the Visit creation pane.
4. Click the arrow on the right side pane and go back until you get to "Create Visit - UI Component".
5. Select UI View Area > New Visit > Toolbar > ItemGroup > First Item > Enable Save button.
6. End Adaptation.
7. The button will be enabled.
