3453230 - Error in Integration Center: "[Error Code: gbsf503] Unresolved URL. Enter a valid URL or IP address, and retry"

When attempting to save an integration in Integration Center, the error message "[Error Code: gbsf503] Unresolved URL. Enter a valid URL or IP address, and retry." is displayed.

1. Go to Integration Center.
2. Edit the integration job.
3. Navigate to the "Destination Settings" tab.
4. Input a new SFTP address.
5. Click on "Save" button and the error appears.

This issue happens because, when entering a new SFTP address, it is necessary to create a new DNS (Domain Name System) record for this server address in the data center.

This usually happens when the SF data center is hosted in Azure (this can be confirmed in List of SAP SuccessFactors API Servers | SAP Help Portal) and the destination SFTP is an Azure Blob Storage (contains the hostname as *.blob.core.windows.net).

To resolve this issue, the SuccessFactors Operations team need to be engaged to create a new DNS record for the server address in the data center.
