• Importing story using tgz file from Cloud foundry tenant to Neo tenant in SAC fails with error after import.
• Story import fails with error message 'Objects CUBE:t. might already be deleted or did not exist in the system'.

SAP Analytics Cloud version 2.0

1. Log in to SAC.
2. Go to Transport -> Import -> File system.
3. Click on + icon and import the tgz file.
4. After import check the import file there appears the error.

Error message 'Objects CUBE:t.5: might already be deleted or did not exist in the system'.

The associated model is not present in the SAC.

The error appears because the associated model was not imported and is not present in SAC.

To resolve the issue, make sure to import the dependent model and connection along with the story in tgz file from source SAC tenant then import it in the target SAC tenant.
