3453295 - Unable To Change Field Label Using Adaptation Mode Or Language Adapatation

The label of a field is not being updated when you try to change this using Adaptation Mode also Language Adaptation.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers work center then Contacts.
2. Open any Contact in the System.
3. Go to Activities tab then Tasks.
4. Under "All Tasks" section, the column processor needs to be relabeled as Owner.
5. Try changing on Adaptation Menu.
6. The label is not changing.

The possible cause here is that you have created the translation first on Language Adaptation straight on Key user text changes (E) and not by Adaptation Mode.
The Key user text changes (E) is supposed to store the changes made by Adaptation Mode.

You need to removed the textpool ID _******* once from the language adaptation Key user text changes (E) and then change the label via adaptation mode from "Processor" to "Owner" again.
