3453351 - Candidates Not Being Added to Email Campaign When Using Custom Date As Filter - Recruiting Management

• Candidates are not added to email campaign when using custom date as search filter and selecting all candidate results across all pages.
• If different filter is used while selecting all candidate results across all pages, candidates are added to the email campaign.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidate
2. Select the filters: Candidate Type: External, Marketing Emails Consent: Accepted
3. Under “Add” click activity and select “has never applied to a job” and has created a profile”
4. Select the custom dates between ... and ....
5. Click Search
6. Under search results, click “Select all xx candidates across all pages”.
7. Click actions > add to email campaign > select email campaign
8. A window will pop-up “attempting to add all candidates to the email campaign. Please check the email campaign later for the status”. Click OK
9. Check the email campaign and no candidate is added
10. Check provisioning job, monitor jobs > Add candidates to an email campaign and send summary email > 0 candidates

This issue has been reported to engineering team and they are currently investigating the root cause. We will update the KBA accordingly with feedback as the investigation continues.

Workaround:

• Don’t check “select all xx candidates across all pages” instead select the candidates and add them in the email campaign
  e.g. select 10 candidates in page 1 and add them to email campaign
• Don’t use custom date filter instead use today, in the past week, past month and past three months
