Symptom
The Server-side Outlook Integration, aka SSI, has been disabled and removed in C4C system, however, it is still shown in MS Outlook.

- SAP Cloud for Customer Add-ins
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Email Integration > Groupware Settings.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Find the user facing the issue.
- Hit the button "Disable Synchronization".
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the user.
- Click on the button "Remove Add-In".
- The add-in will be removed successfully.
- However, the SSI add-in is still shown in the Outlook client even after restarting the Outlook client.
Cause
The changes made in C4C system are not synchronized to the Outlook client fully and timely.
Resolution
Please remove the SSI directly from the MS Outlook client.
- Click on the button "Get Add-ins".
- Find the SSI and click on the three dots.
- Remove it.
