Symptom
Sometimes it can happen that after an update of the Windows app the authentication with the Windows FSM mobile app is not working as expected, specifically the following error message appears every time the technician tries to synchronize:
"Could not connect to cloud. Please check the cloud settings are correct and your internet connection is working"
