Reproducing the Issue
1. Open the downloaded Excel file and go to the "Developer" tab.
2. Click on "Source" to open the XML Source task pane.
3. In the XML Source task pane, you should see the structure of your Leads object.
4. Observe: the KUT is missing
Cause
Excel exceptions
Resolution
1. Open the downloaded Excel file and go to the "Developer" tab.
2. Click on "Source" to open the XML Source task pane.
3. In the XML Source task pane, you should see the structure of your Leads object. If the KUT field is not there, you need to add it manually.
4. To add the KUT field, you need to modify the XML schema of the Excel file. This requires some knowledge of XML and Excel. You can refer to this guide on how to modify the XML schema in Excel: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/client-developer/excel/working-with-xml-in-excel
5. After you have added the KUT field to the XML schema, you can map it to a column in your Excel file. This will allow you to import data into this field.
6. Save the modified Excel file and use it as your new import template.
Please note that modifying the XML schema of an Excel file can be complex and should be done carefully. If you are not comfortable with this, you may want to consider a Microsoft Support professional to do it for you.
